Rendsee Terms of Service

Welcome to the Rendsee Marketplace, the official employee incentive platform operated by ACO (“ACO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rendsee website and platform located at rendsee.com (for the United States) and rendsee.com.au (for Australia), including any related content, features, or services (collectively, the “Site”).

By using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or participate in the Rendsee program.

1. Purpose of a Rendsee

A Rendsee is an internal employee rewards program created to recognize and incentivize ACO employees for their dedication, performance, and contributions. The program allows eligible employees to earn Rendsees, a non-cash, company-issued reward credit that can be used to redeem items and experiences available exclusively through the Rendsee Store.

2. Eligibility

To participate in Rendsee, you must:

  • Be an active, full-time employee of ACO Inc. (for the U.S.) or ACO Pty Ltd (for Australia);

  • Be in good standing with the company at the time of earning and redemption; and

  • Have access to the Rendsee platform via company-provided credentials.

Contractors, part-time employees, temporary staff, and non-active employees (including those on leave without pay, furlough, or suspension) are not eligible unless expressly authorized by ACO management.

3. Rendsee Value and Use

  • Rendsees are not legal currency. They hold no actual cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money, gift cards, or other financial equivalents.

  • Rendsees may only be used to purchase items offered through the Rendsee Store on rendsee.com or rendsee.com.au.

  • Items, services, or experiences available on Rendsee are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice.

  • Once a purchase is made using Rendsees, all transactions are final. Rendsees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Earning Rendsees

Rendsees are awarded at the discretion of ACO management as part of employee recognition, performance incentives, contests, or other approved internal programs. The quantity and frequency of Rendsee awards are determined solely by ACO and may vary by department, program, or region.

ACO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Rendsee award program at any time without prior notice.

5. Account and Access

  • Each eligible employee will have a unique Rendsee account tied to their company email address.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.

  • Misuse of another employee’s account, or any attempt to manipulate the system, is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination or disciplinary action.

6. Expiration and Forfeiture of Rendsees

Rendsees are a benefit of continued employment at ACO. As such:

  • All unredeemed Rendsees are automatically void upon termination of employment for any reason, including resignation, retirement, or dismissal.

  • If you change your employment status from full-time to part-time, contract, or temporary, any remaining Rendsees will be forfeited.

  • ACO reserves the right to deactivate inactive accounts or revoke Rendsees after a defined period of inactivity (typically 12 months).

No reinstatement, cash conversion, or transfer of Rendsees will be provided after separation or status change.

7. Item Fulfillment and Delivery

  • All items redeemed through Rendsee are subject to stock availability and supplier timelines.

  • ACO makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely fulfillment, but delays may occur.

  • Items may vary slightly in color, size, or model from what appears on the Site.

  • In the event a selected item is no longer available, ACO may offer a comparable replacement of equal value or issue a refund of Rendsees to your account.

8. Taxes and Reporting

Depending on local tax regulations, certain rewards redeemed through Rendsee may be considered taxable income. ACO may, as required by law, report the fair market value of redeemed items to the appropriate tax authorities.

Employees are responsible for any personal tax obligations resulting from participation in the Rendsee program.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt to manipulate the Rendsee platform;

  • Redeem items on behalf of another individual without authorization;

  • Attempt to sell, trade, or exchange Rendsees for cash or goods outside the platform;

  • Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive; or

  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Site.

Violations may result in account suspension, loss of rewards, and disciplinary action under ACO policy.

10. Modifications to the Program or Terms

ACO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rendsee program or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on rendsee.com and rendsee.com.au. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through Rendsee is used solely for program administration and compliance with company policies. Data may be shared with third-party vendors solely for the purpose of fulfilling redemptions.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

A Rendsee is provided “as is” and “as available.” ACO makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform’s operation, availability, or the quality of items offered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACO disclaims all warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

ACO is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use Rendsee;

  • Errors or delays in item delivery;

  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data; or

  • Discontinuation or modification of the Rendsee program.

In no event shall ACO’s total liability exceed the equivalent value of the Rendsees in your account at the time of the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with:

  • The laws of the USA, for users accessing rendsee.com; or

  • The laws of Australia, for users accessing rendsee.com.au.
